Find out what package has a file

pacman -Fy
pacman -F netstat

This tells you what package has the netstat file

$ pacman -F netstat
core/net-tools 2.10-1
    usr/bin/netstat
community/munin-node 2.0.71-1
    usr/lib/munin/plugins/netstat
